I have had years of experience with many different solar heating systems from different suppliers. About a year ago we needed another solar geyser for our flatlet and I was looking for something better. I found UberSolar and after a discussion with James it was clear I had finally found someone who knew his product and understood solar heating. I installed it myself and attached my comprehensive temperature monitoring equipment and was impressed with the simple design and superior performance compared to our other geyser. A few months later we purchased the second unit from UberSolar which was installed by them and the service and professionalism was a pleasure.

Accidents do happen, but it is how one responds afterwards that is more important. Noble and the team cleaned up the bathroom spotlessly and he also promised to paint the ceiling, if required.
We switched off the geyser yesterday and are now washing with water heated by the sun, a wonderful liberating experience!
Already our electricity usage has gone down considerably.

Customer service orientated company. Knowledgeable capable and efficient. We had a controller fail requiring replacement about a month after installation. The company dealt with this efficiently and quickly and were exceptionally keen to have the problem sorted ASAP to keep me, the customer satisfied. I wish more SA companies had their attitude and efficiency!

Beyond excellent with extra special effort

We are in Bedfordview and I was impressed from day one with your customer orientation. James Green gave his full personal support with lots of information from the moment we asked for a quote until the system was installed. I am very pleased with my Ubersolar system.
