Information
- kWh output is deemed at 20MJ per square meter per day, (Johannesburg average)
- Hot water output is calculated using specific heat of water formula where 1 kWh will give 36 litres at 40°C
- Performance will be higher in summer months and lower in winter months due to levels of solar irradiation, cold water temperatures and ambient air temperatures.
Certificates of Compliance
- On solar retrofits Ubersolar will issue a COC ,when requested to do so and will charge a market related fee at the time (available on request)
- On Complete Solar systems on new builds the contractor plumber will normally issue the COC on the plumbing. If a separate COC for the solar system is required, Ubersolar will issue a COC and will charge a market related fee at the time (available on request)
