You will still have electricity as heating back up
The most common home geysers are 150Litres and 200Litres, either Kwikot, Heattech, or Franke (now Supahot)
We connect the retrofit solar kit to the plumbing to and from the geyser
You choose a Solar Collector to meet your hot water requirements
More EVT’s (Tubes) = more electricity savings and more hot water

‘Totally Off Grid’, where there is no electrical back up, mains or solar PV system, may require the most powerful system to meet the winter requirements, where there is lower solar irradiation and colder temperatures.
Options For Your Solar Retrofit
- UberTrac Online controller (strongly recommended), Geyserwise, or Online Geyser Wifi Timer, provides solar control and electric back up control
- Rear Legs Kit where necessary for flat roofs or reversed inclined roofs (optional)
- NightSolar increases overall solar performance by an average of 20% (optional)
- Certificate of Compliance (COC), normally only requested for insurers or new installations (optional)
- Annual Maintenance includes addressing mains water failures and associated problems, loadshedding or electricity spikes (optional and recommended)
- Increasing the size of your hot water system from 150L or 200L to 300L or 400L by adding an extra tank in series to your existing tank
- Buy on instalments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months with no interest charged
